Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing operations
• Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Proven process plant experience and understanding of mineral processing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
