Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team in Sudbury/Timmins, ON. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse or inventory experience
- Experience in mining operations is considered an asset
- Experience operating a forklift is required
- Experience using computerized inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
