Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Active medical license for each state in which the physician practices
• DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices
• Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent
