Job Description
Sanford Health is seeking a Pulmonology & Critical Care physician to join its team in Weston, Wisconsin. The physician will provide specialized care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases and critically ill patients in the ICU. The role involves both outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care responsibilities, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex pulmonary conditions, critical illnesses, and multisystem organ failure.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Current medical license in each state of practice
- State Controlled Substance License (if required by State)
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances in each state of practice
- Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or equivalent
