Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients in a Neuro Med Surg unit, collaborating with other healthcare professionals and practicing within the scope of nursing expertise.
Requirements
- Collaborates with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care
- Practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards
- Provides preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up to patients
