Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at Marshfield Medical Center. The RN will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Requirements

• Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge
• Provide care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions
