RN Inpatient - Innovations

Sanford Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Innovation unit at Sanford Medical Center Fargo. The RN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and provide individualized nursing care to patients.

Requirements

• Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise
• Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Responsible for the planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
