RN, Minimum Data Set (MDS) - Miller Pointe - FT Varying

The MDS Nurse is responsible for coordinating and completing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in compliance with federal and state regulations, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to assess resident needs, and ensuring appropriate reimbursement, quality resident care, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Experience with MDS/RAI process strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
