Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Technical Product Architecture, Systems Design, AI Solutions Engineering, or similar role
• Knowledge of UCaaS/CCaaS domains, real-time communications systems, voice, data and telecom concepts
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML techniques including LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, speech analytics, agent assist, and automation
