Requirements

• 8 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a scaling start-up environment
• Demonstrated success as a GTM recruiter, with additional experience hiring across other departments
• Experience working on a globally distributed team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
