The Territory Manager drives regional sales growth by actively prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with lower-volume custom decorators and screen printers.
Requirements
- Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to identify and win unassigned or low-volume decorator accounts.
- Cultivate deep, trusted partnerships with local decorators to become their preferred blank apparel supplier.
- Uncover decorator pain points through active listening to position SanMar basics as a high-margin solution.
- Deliver high-energy product presentations showcasing the quality, value, and reliability of core basic lines.
- Educate and demonstrate to small-scale decorators on how to leverage SanMar’s marketing tools to grow their retail sales.
- Document all cold calls, lead interactions, and field activities daily within the CRM database.
- Design efficient travel schedules and territory routes to maximize face-to-face customer time and build relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
