The role of Conversational AI Business Partner will be responsible for collecting and understanding business and operational needs of local geographies in Contact Center, analyzing and defining use cases, and collaborating closely with CoE technical teams during execution.
Requirements
- Business, product, or functional analysis experience, preferably in Contact Center, channels, or Customer Experience
- Functional knowledge of Contact Center operations (IVR, self-service, call flows, metrics)
- Ability to define and document functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams
- Experience in designing conversational experiences
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and international environments
