Correspondent Banking Associate

Correspondent Banking Associate Country: Spain. We are looking for a Correspondent Banking Associate based out of our Boadilla del Monte Office. The Correspondent Trade Solution team is the front office origination of Trade Finance products: LC ́S & Guarantees and Trade Loans with Banks globally.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in Trade Finance scope of products or Correspondent bank background
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably on Business Administration, International Law or Economics
• Languages: English and Spanish (Required)
• Hard Skills: Good understanding of regulatory, compliance, and capital frameworks affecting trade finance (AML, sanctions, Basel, KYC)
• Soft Skills: A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Communication skills
• Ability to deliver in highly demanding environments.
