Job Description
Project Assistant-PMP will work closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, coordinate project management activities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Proven 3-6 years work experience as a Project Assistant or similar role
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
- Significant hands-on experience with MS Project, Visio, JIRA
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
