Senior Manager, Trade Compliance EMEA

Santen is seeking a Senior Manager, Trade Compliance EMEA to join their team in Amsterdam, Munich, or St. Albans. The role involves monitoring and optimizing trade flows across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, and driving transparency and risk mitigation across the supply network.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, economics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid knowledge of European trade regulations and parallel trade dynamics
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data analytics tools
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments and collaborate with supply chain, commercial, finance, legal, regulatory, and compliance teams
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence without authority
