[Singapore] Head of External Manufacturing and Sourcing (Regions: Japan, Asia and China)

Head of External Manufacturing and Sourcing role based in Singapore. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of EM&S operations across Japan, Asia, and China. Drives change management and continuous improvement of EM&S, and negotiates and executes legal contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Product Supply related areas
• 10+ years of experience in product supply and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry and/or biologics industry
• Experience in leading and managing external manufacturing suppliers in Asia
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated improvements of business performance
• Ability to think critically and fast, to make strategic and tactical decisions
• Fluency in English, Chinese, and/or Japanese
