Sales Lead -Insurance (Japan)

We are seeking a Sales Lead in Insurance to drive strategic client engagement and accelerate solution adoption across leading insurance providers. As a Sales Lead, you will build and nurture strategic relationships with insurance companies and industry partners, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present customized solution proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, insurance solutions or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or solution consulting within insurance.
• Deep understanding of insurance industry trends, regulatory challenges, and digital transformation drivers.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into scalable solution opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
