Job Description
SAP is seeking a highly skilled AI Development Expert to build and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Requirements
- Develop and implement scalable Generative AI and agentic AI applications aligned with defined solution architectures.
- Translate business and architectural requirements into production-ready AI application components and services.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval workflows, and hybrid AI solutions for enterprise scenarios.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and A2A/MCP interaction patterns.
- Develop and integrate AI services with SAP BTP, AI Core, Joule, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and SAP integration services.
- Implement LLMOps/MLOps pipelines supporting model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators to support rapid solution delivery.
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure Responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements are implemented in delivered solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver customer AI adoption programs.
- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed AI solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to improve development productivity and solution quality.
