Job Description
We are seeking an AI Solution Product Expert to manage and drive the definition, prioritization, development, and rollout of SAP's strategic AI Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding in Agentic AI Delivery, tool-based workflows, multi-agent design, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- 5â10+ years of experience in product management, solution management, or process management;
- At least 3+ years in enterprise environments, ideally in LeadâtoâCash or GoâtoâMarket areas.
- Strong understanding in Agentic AI Delivery, toolâbased workflows, multiâagent design, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proven strong ability to bring structure to complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Handsâon experience working with data science and engineering teams in agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with SAPâs AI ecosystem and SAPâs AI strategy
- Expertise in how to adapt AI/ML technologies for business outcome is a plus.
- A strategic mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for AI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
