Business Processes Consultant

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases.

Requirements

• Maintain a pro-active and holistic engagement approach specific for premium delivery
• Perform E2E analysis of the technology stack or of an E2E Business process
• Advice customers and support different SAP units
• Resolve issues related to a technical component or business process step without general work direction
• Improve service procedures based on customer feedback and communicate with SAP development to improve SAP products
• Develop best practices based on the delivery experience
• Support the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs and escalations
