Business Processes Senior Consultant

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions. The role involves mapping business processes to solution requirements, supporting the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, and driving change management to achieve business transformation objectives.

Requirements

• Map business processes to solution requirements
• Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
• Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives
• Support end-to-end solution design and configuration
• Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
• Drive deployment of best practice business processes
• Support pre-sales activities
• Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies
• Support escalated projects
• Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery
• Support line manager(s) in people development tasks
• Deliver customer workshops and trainings
• Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
• Introduce SAP and industry leading practices
• Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
• Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio
