We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead the client relationship for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and ensure full responsibility for service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
- Hold and develop the client relationship for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, and act as the client voice within SAP.
- Be responsible for the entire SAP ECS engagement: drive collaboration with ECS functions and roles to deliver in accordance with the contractual scope and in line with client expectations.
- Put in place a proactive service plan and regularly organize follow-up meetings (operational and strategic) with clients.
- Serve as a point of (de)escalation for service-related issues (incidents, service requests, and other client needs).
- Ensure a smooth coordination between different ECS teams, as well as with internal and external stakeholders of SAP.
- Oversee client onboarding activities, upgrade/migration projects, and other service delivery initiatives.
- Contribute to the management of commercial evolution requests throughout the client lifecycle, ensure contractual compliance, and risk management.
- Support the promotion of additional ECS offers and contribute to contract renewal in collaboration with the SAP Sales and Presales teams.
