Cyber Security Scrum Master

We are seeking a Security Scrum Master to support team agility, drive strategic initiatives, and shape communications across Incident Response & Recovery. The role requires existing knowledge of cybersecurity and experience in Agile delivery, program coordination, or project management.

Requirements

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to keep teams moving
• Support quarterly PI Planning, including agenda design, logistics, facilitation, and follow through on commitments
• Partner with Product Owners and team leads to maintain healthy backlogs and ensure work aligns with strategic priorities
• Translate leadership strategy into clear, consumable materials
• Drive operational rhythms, including leadership reviews, planning cycles, and cross functional coordination
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual artifacts that communicate progress, risks, and priorities
• Partner with leaders to ensure teams understand goals, priorities, and changes across the organization
• Support change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement
