DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Customer Solutions & Integrations Engineering team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will deliver end-to-end Cloud Observability solutions by combining hands-on integration engineering with customer onboarding, enablement, and post-support.

Requirements

• Production support experience, including hands-on participation in on-call rotations, incident response, and Hypercare
• Ability to debug issues across distributed services, pipelines, and environments
• Experience with observability backends, alerting, dashboards, and high-volume telemetry data
• Strong collaboration skills and modern engineering practices, such as iterative and feedback-driven development
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes in fast-paced environments
