Digital Solution (Senior) Advisor (f/m/d) in Presales - SAP SuccessFactors

We are expanding our Digital Solution Advisory team for Human Capital Management (HCM) to enhance our services in the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, as well as various Eastern European countries. The Digital Solution Advisor will act as a subject matter expert of our SAP SuccessFactors Suite, engaging directly with potential customers and partners, demonstrating how our solutions create real business value.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, presales or in product-expert roles such as product/solution management or alternatively an HR business expert role
• Strong foundation of SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar Human Experience Management solution) or alternatively HR functional and process knowledge with a specialization in at least one of the following areas: HR Core & Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, Smart Recruiters, HR Reporting and Analytics
• Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong motivation to continuously learn about new technical innovations and expand HR expertise
• Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed
