SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist to develop and provide systems, applications, products, and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency and provide expert support in operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study
- Six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Four years of experience involving each of the following:
- Leveraging comprehensive experience with S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools;
- Understanding various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors;
- Analyzing customer technical requirements and organizing/coordinating experts from cross Delivery team and driving those topics to resolution for customers;
- Working with a detailed understanding of the customer landscape managed within ECS and understanding interdependencies between systems (both within ECS and beyond);
- Owning customer landscape and advising on critical and complex landscape changes during life cycle management;
- Analyzing ECC, S/4 HANA data footprint, including server downsizing and upsizing;
- Designing and implementing SAP applications and Databases, with focus on High Availability and disaster recovery concepts;
- SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and SAP Netweaver; and
- Cloud Administration - Hyperscaler using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
