Requirements
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve complex issues for customers and SAP internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with customers professionally and clearly, delivering highly valued remote services and consulting.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to improve product quality and enhance customer experience.
- Follow up on resolved incidents to prevent or minimize recurrence of similar issues.
- Actively develop product expertise in SAP Cloud Identity Services and contribute to improving team support processes.
- Take ownership of understanding product scenarios and development processes in detail.
- Propose and implement effective solutions or workarounds for reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
