Job Description
The SAP iXp Intern - Mission Control Center, Customer Interaction & Support Escalation is a limited part-time internship position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers through project-driven experience, culture of collaboration, and visibility. The role involves supporting the daily inbound processing of the Mission Control Center, serving as a globally accessible escalation point for existing customer incidents, and contributing to internal projects. The ideal candidate has experience with IT and standard software applications, familiarity with AI, and strong customer focus and communication skills.
