Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with deep proficiency in Java
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture; hands-on experience with Kafka, JVM tuning, Spring Framework, or Tomcat
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture best practices
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services at scale
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL, Oracle, or SAP HANA, with the ability to optimize queries and data models
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development tooling, including Git, Jenkins, and Continuous Delivery practices
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to drive developer productivity and code quality
• Strong engineering discipline with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Adaptable and continuously learning, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and evolving business domains
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical problems end-to-end, with a proactive and accountable mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
