Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer for HCM-CO-Release Engineering Team. Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines to accelerate software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, ensure reliability, and promote DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell for automation.
- Expertise in Chef & Ansible
- Hands-on experience with Rundeck, Jenkins, Git, and GitOps workflows.
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Helm, and strong familiarity with Linux environments.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Windows systems is required, as some products are deployed on Windows-based environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in release engineering practices.
