Job Description
As a Solution Advisor Senior Specialist for SAP Customer Experience Solution, you will provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers. You will also assist customers in expanding their current SAP footprint to maximize value for their organization. Responsibilities include providing solution demonstrations, supporting the account team, and collaborating with the team to create overall themes and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- Professional experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution-specific segment of CRM.
- SAP or equivalent product experience and/or 5-7 years of relevant solutions/Lines of Business experience.
- Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and Software as a Service/Platform as a Service models in the Business-to-Business Environment.
