We're seeking a Success Plan Manager to lead Max Success Plans, adopt and optimize customer SAP cloud solutions, and engage with customers to create tangible business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you'll have a crucial role in the setup and execution of customer transformation roadmaps with SAP Cloud Services.
Requirements
- Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy and professionalism
- Highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
- Open to travel
