Job Description
The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career. As a Technology Consultant, you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions so they realize measurable business outcomes. This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Requirements
- STEM degree or equivalent technology experience
- 1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end solution designs, including integration points and applicable standards
- Foundational understanding of SAP product portfolio, interoperability, and full lifecycle implementation support
- Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments
- Working knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, ABAP, data management, GRC, and core security concepts (SSO, authorization management)
- Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration concepts/APIs
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and interest in AI/automation-driven innovation
