Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or information management
- Solid knowledge of SAP technologies and products (SAP certifications are highly appreciated)
- Essential skills in SAP Basis, OS, databases, and networks
- Hyperscaler certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is appreciated
- Analytical mindset, solution orientation, and experience in multicultural teams
- Language skills: English: Advanced/Fluent (written and spoken). French: Optional.
- Minimum 7 years of global experience in technical SAP administration (ideally SAP Basis), including SAP administration and operations of SAP solutions
- At least 4 years in direct contact with customers, with excellent mastery of crisis situation management
- Practical experience on Unix/Linux
- Practical experience with SAP HANA and Sybase databases
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, geographically dispersed team
- Solid experience with SAP solutions, SAP technologies, and cloud environments
- Ability to coordinate the delivery of projects as a team lead in a heterogeneous environment
- Experience in technical architecture, implementation, and change management
