Job Description
We are looking for a motivated student to support the Business Delivery and Customer Office of the Customer Engagement and Adoption. In this role, you will contribute to strategic initiatives and help shape how we engage with customers at scale. You will support the preparation and day-to-day activities of the Head of Customer Engagement & Adoption, a global organization of ~21,000 employees.
Requirements
- Conducting research on cutting-edge topics and industry trends in the context of professional services
- Investigating emerging technologies, with a focus on AI and its application within business and customer engagement contexts
- Supporting the preparation of executive briefings, presentations, and customer meetings
- Assisting with strategic projects and internal initiatives within the Business and Customer Office
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth execution of daily operations
