Job Description
We're seeking a working student to support initiatives that improve how SAP engages with customers and measures business performance. As a member of the Operations Excellence & Business Insights team, you will contribute to building tools, reports, and assets that enhance business insights and help streamline end-to-end operational processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Teams
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus (e.g., Python, SAP Analytics Cloud, HANA, or similar tools) but not required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong analytical mindset, reliability, and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with good communication skills, comfortable collaborating in an international environment
- Flexibility in working hours to support collaboration across multiple time zones
- Willingness to work from the Walldorf office regularly, complemented by home office options
