Job Description
We're looking for a Community Lead to own all community, culture, and brand efforts at Sapien. This role will plan and run events, source and screen candidates, build the candidate experience, track what's working, own brand presence and content, drive paid marketing and media, and support the CEO on strategic projects.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in venture capital, startup operations, talent/recruiting, or a community-facing role in tech
- Deep fluency in the tech and finance ecosystem
- Natural relationship builder
- Event planning and logistics chops
- Strong written communication
- Data-driven
- Comfortable in Ashby, Luma, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator
