Requirements

• Strong engineering skills and intuitions
• Deep product mindset
• Experience in full-stack engineering working with frameworks like NextJS, Flask, etc.
• Ability to own hard problems across their entire loop
• Experience solving new, open-ended problems every single day
• Curiosity and ability to push thinking as far as possible
• Deep care about what they’re working on and ability to bring in new knowledge from papers and engineering blogs
