Job Description
Sapros is seeking a Quality Manager with experience in quality management, preferably in the food industry, to monitor and ensure quality and hygiene standards throughout the company.
Requirements
- Completed studies or completed vocational training with relevant further education in the food sector
- Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the food industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of the requirements according to **IFS Food** and **HACCP**
- Well-developed hygiene and quality awareness
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing work and production processes in a practical manner
- Open-minded and self-assured personality with secure appearance even in challenging situations
- Developed communication and team skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, result- and solution-oriented working method
