Cheese Packer

We are looking for a Cheese Packer to prepare all bulk cheese for bagging, bag all cheese, and perform other tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging
• Bag all cheese, smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan
• Work in Brine area as assigned
• Ensure correct vat is being released
• Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately
• Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes
• Make boxes
• Load cheese into packaging machine
• Check packages for correct code dates and labels
• Palletize all products
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms
• Learn operation of the robots, make adjustments as needed
• Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes
