Director, Demand Planning

Director of Demand Planning will lead the development and execution of global forecasting processes to ensure accurate visibility into future demand. This role requires close collaboration with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to integrate insights and drive alignment across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in global forecasting processes and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations, and supply chain
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of demand planners
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and data visualization platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Track record of aligning demand planning strategies with overall business objectives to drive growth and efficiency
