The Senior Manager, PMO â Test, Release & Cutover Management is responsible for leading the endâtoâend quality assurance strategy, including test planning, execution, and automation. The role oversees environment releases and directs comprehensive cutover planning and execution to ensure seamless and successful transition of projects into the production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Eight or more years of leadership experience in SAP implementations and IT operations.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems, system landscapes, transports, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience planning and leading ERP environments, release management, or Change Advisory Board processes, with practical ITILâbased service management knowledge.
- Proven track record in global cutover leadership, including mock rehearsals, data migration, integration issue resolution, and development of integrated cutover plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossâfunctional, geographically dispersed teams and collaborate effectively with IT, business units, vendors, and system integrators.
- Experience facilitating executiveâlevel goâlive readiness reviews and defining go/noâgo criteria.
- Experience implementing and sustaining test automation capabilities, including tools, governance, and team oversight.
- Proficiency with testing tools, ALM platforms, advanced Excel, and familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and report at Director and VP levels.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience coaching and developing highâperforming teams and driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience driving process improvement and establishing enterpriseâwide standards and frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced global environment with shifting priorities.
