Machine Operator

At Saputo, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our production team at our Nuneaton site. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running, cleaning, and setting up factory equipment, operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines, and carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and compliance to standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in a food manufacturing or high-care environment
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Ability to carry out regular checks and maintain accurate records
• Proactive and reliable individual
• Effective team player
