Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate current mfg. part numbers and document PM procedures. Coordinate facility mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance activities, monitoring and analyzing PM reports and work orders to optimize PM procedures and planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or certified equivalent
- 3-5 years of purchasing and inventory management experience in maintenance or production environment
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel), email, general office equipment (scanner/copier/fax)
- SAP experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and overtime assignments
- Extensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and components
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance process
- Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of systems such as safety, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
- Possess an understanding of OSHA and GMP regulations
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive planning and organizational skills
