Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Saputo, you will analyze test results, diagnose equipment problems, and perform repairs and maintenance on industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and operate computer-controlled machinery. You will also work with the production team to complete scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to production needs as they occur.

Requirements

• 1-2 years prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience
• Ability to utilize computer-based maintenance planning/PM ERP platforms, SAP
• Ability to trouble-shoot electrical, hydraulic systems and pneumatic equipment
• Strong electrical background in addition to mechanical skills
