Milk Receiver - 12 Hour, Nights

Saputo is seeking a Milk Receiver to join their team in Delhi, NY. The Milk Receiver will be responsible for inspecting bulk tanker, collecting raw dairy samples, and performing sensory evaluation and physical testing. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math and technical skills, and 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in dairy food manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills
• Strong technical skills, ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels and mechanical operations
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck certification and maintain certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated work history
• Two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred
• Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required
• A working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, HACCP, SOP,5S, GMP, etc.)
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check
