On Call Operator - Tulare Union

As a On Call Operator, you will be responsible for running packer machines, checking machines, and making adjustments to keep them running efficiently. You must be able to change over machines, clean and sanitize them, and correctly count products packed. The role requires strong work character, a passion for quality control, and self-motivation.

Requirements

• Must be able to run all packer machines and robots in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner.
• Must check machines and make necessary adjustments to keep machines running efficiently.
• Must be able to change over all packers and robots to different sizes and labels in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner.
• Must be able to clean and sanitize all packers and robots in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Must be able to assist other operators during shift.
• Must be able to correctly count all products packed.
• Must report all lost or damaged product.
• Must communicate via radio with filler, warehouse, foreman, and supervision during shift to insure minimal down time.
• Must be able to input information into ASC Trac.
