Packaging Operator

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, farming or agriculture environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Strong customer service focus is required
• Ability to continuously lift over 50lbs during a scheduled work shift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, nights, and additional hours beyond regularly scheduled shift to cover vacancies
• Ability to work indoors, and in dusty environments
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and work in elevated areas of the plant
• Ability to obtain a license and operate a forklift
• Trained to operate the dryer
• Trained to operate the Lactose Evaporator
• Trained to run Protein Dryer
