Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Saputo, you will help attract and hire outstanding talent for our plants and warehouses across Canada, gaining real recruiting experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Commerce, or a related field
- Strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and human relations
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and curiosity
- Energetic, autonomous, and results driven
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Confident using digital platforms and comfortable leveraging AI powered tools to support recruitment activities
- Bilingual: English and French
