Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees receive a first-class induction and mandatory and job-specific training. You will also focus on driving operational excellence through training programs and assess their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience as a Training Coordinator in a production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to demonstrate how training has led to improvements
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with external training partners
